Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH)—called prostate gland enlargement—is a common condition as men get older. An enlarged prostate gland can cause uncomfortable urinary symptoms, such as blocking the flow of urine out of the bladder.

Erectile Dysfunction (ED)

Erectile dysfunction (impotence) is the inability to get and keep an erection firm enough for sex. Sometimes, treating an underlying condition is enough to reverse erectile dysfunction. In other cases, medications or other direct treatments might be needed.

Male Stress Incontinence

Male stress incontinence often occurs after prostate surgery. It is the loss of urine when you are active such as walking, lifting and coughing. Treatment approaches may involve behavior and lifestyle change or sometimes procedural solutions.

Male Urethral Stricture

Male urethral stricture disease is a non-cancerous narrowing of the urethra sometimes the result of trauma. This results in problems with urinating including pain, difficulty starting and weakened stream, retention of urine, infection and sometimes bleeding.

Peyronie's Disease

Peyronie's (pay-roe-NEEZ) disease is a noncancerous condition resulting from fibrous scar tissue that develops on the penis and causes curved, painful erections. Peyronie's disease may cause significant bend or pain in some men.

Vasectomy

Vasectomy is a clinic procedure with a low risk of complications or side effects. Other than abstinence, vasectomy has the highest success rate (nearly 100 percent) in preventing pregnancy by cutting the tubes that transport sperm.

Vasectomy Reversal

Vasectomy reversal is surgery to undo a vasectomy. It involves re-connecting the previously cut tubes (vas deferens). It successful, sperm are again present in the semen, and you may be able to get your partner pregnant.
