Overview
A number of oral medications have been tried to treat Peyronie's disease, but they have not been shown to be effective consistently and are not as effective as traction, injections, or surgery. There are many medications that have been proven to have little or not benefit, and the are NOT recommended. Some other types of oral medications may be used in combination with other treatment approaches, particularly during the early timeframe after your symptoms start. Medications to improve the strength of your erections may also be recommended in some instances.
